You will be charged the deposit. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival before the session starts. We accept Visa and MasterCard only. No cash, coupons, Groupons, vouchers, or gift certificates accepted.
Gift Cards, Gift certificates, and voucher purchases are non-refundable and not redeemable for Cash.
Gift Card, Gift Certificate, and voucher EXPIRES 6 months from the date of purchase.
SAME DAY RESCHEDULING FEE is $30 per person for a 60 minutes session and $40 per person for a 90 minutes session.
For NO SHOW and SAME DAY CANCELLATION, your gift certificate/voucher will be automatically redeemed. No refund. No exceptions.
Harassment Policy
Massage is strictly non-sexual, and Sparadise Hollywood has a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment or harassment of any kind, including but not limited to solicitations for extras, suggestive comments, or inappropriate touch. Should you choose to engage in such behavior, the session will be immediately terminated, you will be charged in full for your appointment (NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTIONS), and you will be banned from booking further appointments. Authorities will be contacted for severe offenses.
