ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS

You will be charged the deposit. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival before the session starts. We accept Visa and MasterCard only. No cash, coupons, Groupons, vouchers, or gift certificates accepted. 

SAME DAY RESCHEDULING FEE is $30 per person for a 60 minutes session and $40 per person for a 90 minutes session. 

For NO SHOW and SAME DAY CANCELLATION, No refund. No exceptions. Your gift certificate/voucher will be automatically redeemed. 

Gift Cards, Gift certificates, and voucher purchases are non-refundable and not redeemable for Cash.

Gift Card, Gift Certificate, and voucher EXPIRES 6 months from the date of purchase.
